Where is my order?

Uh-oh! There are a few ways to check.

  • If you have an account with us, log-in and review your order history.
  • Double check the shipping confirmation email with tracking details. We send all our orders either will USPS or Sendle.
  • If you’re still having trouble finding out where your order, please send us an email at hello@yellaactivewear and we’ll get to the bottom of this.


What is the right size for me?

Our items run true to size, but always say that if you are between sizes, size up!

Under each product, you’ll find a Size Chart link and it will outline the sizing information for that specific product.

Our seamless collection is on the compressive side, so if you don’t want that effect, we would size up.

For our Italian & Turkish collection, we recommend sticking with your regular leggings & tops size.

Do you sell gift cards?

Yes! We sell e-gift cards at the moment. We offer $75.00, $100.00, $150.00, $200.00, $250.00, $300.00, $350.00 & $400.00 gift cards at the moment. You can find them here.

Do you offer payment plans?

Yes! We offer AfterPay which lets you divide your purchase into four easy payments.

YELLA is a play on words that combines the the phrase, YALLAH and the founder's first name, Daniella. The phrase means "come on, let's go or let's get moving".

Where is yella based?

We are officially based in Los Angeles with roots in the Bay Area & Israel.


Who started yella?

Daniella M. is the founder of YELLA. She was inspired by her father’s dedication to movement and the values he passed on to her to move her body everyday as a means to living a healthy, happy & productive life.

What is the design inspiration behind the current collection?

Our inspiration always comes from our fabrics. We build our garments around the specialty fabrics we select. Hand-feel is so important, so we have to create a product that emphasizes just that.

IS YELLA A sustainable brand?

We are hesitant to use the phrase sustainable. We make our products ethically and with intention - we are not definitely not fast fashion. If you are interested in more sustainable based pieces, check out our bio-based collection.

Where does yella make the merchandise?

We make our merchandise in select manufacturers around the world. Currently, we produce in Italy, Turkey & Portugal. We hope to expand to some other exciting countries that we feel are on the forefront of advanced manufacturing capabilities.

Does Yella work with ethical factories?

Yes, from suppliers to manufacturers all the factories we work with adhere to strict EU guidelines.

While not all of them, most factories are family owned businesses passed down through generations.

Our main fabric suppliers are Oeko-Tex, Textile and Health, GRS, RWS, BCI, Supima®, REACH certified & Blue Designed Certified.


What is the movement club?

We are so glad you asked! The Movement Club is a place where you’ll find movement inspiration, stories of great movement motivators and discussions on topics ranging from health & wellness to movement tips.

Do you partner with non-profits?

Not at the moment. We look forward to partnering with a non-profit that aligns with our mission of movement, wellness & mental health. If you feel your non-profit might be a good fit please send us an email at daniellamizrahi@yellaactivewear.com .

How do i apply to be a brand ambassador?

Please email daniellamizrahi@yellaactivewear.com and include “Movement Club Ambassador” in the subject line. Additionally, please include your IG handle, brands you have or currently work with and what you’re hoping to achieve as a YELLA ambassador. We’ll take it from there.


What kind of payment does Yella accept?

We accept all major credit cards and debit cards. We also give you the option at checkout to make a purchase through PayPal. We also accept AfterPay payments as well.


Will my payment information be secure?

Yes, your information is secure. We don’t share or sell your information to 3rd parties.

Where can I use my gift card?

You can use your gift card on the website for any and all products. Just enter your the code found on your digital gift card at checkout.

What is Afterpay and how do I use it?

Afterpay is a service which allows you to pay for purchases $35 and over in four biweekly installments, with no interest if paid within that time. You can learn more about AfterPay here.

What if I miss an Afterpay payment?

Once you submit payment through Afterpay, we are no longer involved. Please contact Afterpay directly regarding missed payments.



We ship orders to any U.S. or APO/FPO address. Orders shipping to Alaska or Hawaii may require additional time for delivery. Orders shipping to an APO / FPO military address or a post office box may require additional time for processing, can only be shipped via U.S. Postal Service Ground delivery, and cannot be expedited.

We ship to the following INTL countries - Canada, UK, Australia & Israel.

How much is shipping?

We offer the following shipping options:

  • Free standard shipping on orders over $75.00; orders under $75.00 ship for a flat rate of $6.00
  • Free express shipping on orders over $250.00; orders under $250.00 ship for a flat rate of $15.00

What if I am an intL customer who wants to purchase from your site?

We offer limited international shipping to specific countries.

  • INTL orders over $500.00 ship for free (Economy Shipping Only)
  • INTL orders under $500.00 ship for a flat rate of $35.00 (Economy Shipping Only)
  • Customer is responsible for handling all customs duties.

Can I ship an order as a gift?

Yes, of course! Send us a note that this is a gift item and we'll be sure to wrap it extra special. If you need a special note written include that in the same message.

Do you offer same-day delivery?

Not at the moment. We only offer 1-2 Express Delivery.  


How do i make an exchange?

If you have an account, you can follow these easy steps:

  • Log in to our website and click on 'my account' at the top of the page.
  • Click on the link ‘View Orders’ on the left of the page. This will show you your order history.
  • Click the item you want to exchange and it will automatically be entered into our system.
  • You’ll receive a return slip & shipping label which you’ll be responsible to print & ship out.

Once we receive your returned item, we’ll go ahead and ship out the new item/s.

If you don’t have an account, you can get in touch with us via email at hello@yellaactivewear.com Tell us the reason for the exchange, your order number & the item you want to exchange. We’ll go ahead and process the exchange from there. This whole process usually takes 2-3 business days.

Items on sale are only eligible for exchanges, not returns.

How do I track the status of my online return or exchange?

Once you submit an exchange request, it takes us 2-3 days to process. You'll receive a return shipping slip and you'll be responsible for packing up and shipping out the exchanged items. The tracking number will be accessible via Shopify.

Once we receive your items, we'll pack up and ship out your new items within 2-3 days. You'll receive a new tracking number which will be accessible via Shopify. Keep an eye out on your emails for notifications & updates.

When will I receive my refund?

Refunds are submitted as soon as we receive your returned items. Payments usually take 5-7 days to process.


How do i find the right size for me?

Each product page has a size guide linked to the specific item. We recommend staying to true to size for all our products. If you are between sizes, we recommend sizing up. If you have additional questions, please DM us and we'll get to the bottom of your sizing questions.

will the yella leggings shrink?

Our fabric is pre-shrunk, but we recommend erring on the side of caution. We don't recommend putting any of our items in the dryer. For longevity, we recommend air drying only.

how do I care for my yella pieces?

why are your leggings so expensive?

We don't like to think of our leggings as "so expensive". We think of it as an investment. Our products are made using the highest quality & best-in-class performance fabrics sourced directly from mills in Italy & Portugal. Not a single detail goes unnoticed and we ensure that we are using the latest technologies to produce garments that are not only aesthetically pleasing but also adaptive to your movement needs.  

why are the yella sets less expensive than buying the pieces individually? 

We wanted to provide our customers with a little incentive to buy both pieces so that they'll be able to achieve the full look as pictured.

Can I mix & match YELLA pieces to make a YELLA set?

While we love that idea, it's currently not an option at the moment. We've got it on our list of to-dos though. Reach out to us if this something you want to see.

For product feedback you can do the following:
